Makar Vikhlyantsev and Anton Volodin showed us book <“World-Changing Words, Key Quotes of Vladimir Putin> in their office. “This book can be known as history book. Because it tells us what happened when the world didn’t follow the suggestion from Putin, what should we do in the future, because Putin’s words can be considered prophetic.” said by Anton Volodin , the chief editor.

Now you only can see and buy the book in one “I love Moscow” chain store. Because the first edition only has 3000 books, half of them was bought by Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin , an aide to Russia's President. He gave away these books to Russian politicians and officials as new year gift. Volodin told several officials the book would help them understand the Kremlin's «values and guiding principles», the RBC reports.

«Russians after Putin are different,» said Makar Vikhliantsev, the head of “Set” office, which is the newest pro-Kremlin youth group attempting to win over well-educated young Russians to the cause of «Putin's Russia» — and keep them from liberal values and Western-style democracy. He also said, “This generation has changed. We call them the generation of Putin.”

The office of “Set” is located in a redevelopment project in downtown Moscow, where one square meter of office space can cost up to $750 per year.Set's headquarters resemble the office of an Internet publication, or a tech startup.
There are giant images of Putin plastered on the walls of Network's offices: the president attending the Olympics,Putin smiling at a dog and a shirtless Vladimir Vladimirovich and swimming with dolphins.

The movement's Moscow office recruits creative young people to produce stirring patriotic products with a hint of style about them. In honor of Putin's 62nd birthday on Oct. 7, Set artists painted a huge mural on the side of an apartment building in Kaliningrad, the Russian exclave on the Baltic Sea between Poland and Lithuania. Set had spray-painted murals in six more Russian cities with words like: «Remembrance», «Arctic», «Sovereignty», «History,» «Security» and «Olympics» — a sort of Banksy-style street art project in the name of Russian patriotism. Taken together, the first letters of the words spell out SPASIBO, or «thanks,» to the man Set calls the «main architect of these victories.»

In the past, Set said it has recruited 1,100 members across its branches in Vladivostok, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk,Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol and Yaroslavl.(The combined numbers of the various youth groups of the 2000s reportedly reached more than 100,000).To enroll, members simply need to provide a positive answer to the key question: «Are you for Putin?»

“Set” also supports one young girl group which name is “Daughter of Officers” , based on Crimea. After Crimea came back Russia, this group becomes bigger and bigger. Some of members are the daughters of Russian Navy officers, but all of them love Putin so much. They even declare their love to Putin in public, “Putin is like their father”

“Set” and “Daughter of Officers” are just delegates from Putin fan clubs. According to the research, there are more than 2000 Putin fun club in Russia.

Makar Vikhlyantsev said: “Now teenagers are more open to world, all of them have accounts in social networks, they don't remember feeling off shame, that we had in 1990-s. They have a pride for the country and for president much more than we in our childhood. Putin returns to generation the feeling of being proud. Our parents lost a great country, we remember the shame of 1990-s, they have a feels of stability and proud. That's the different.”

Whether there is more and more Russians love Putin deeply, whether Putin’s words are changing the world likes the book’s name, still remains to be seen.
